法情版主向大家致歉

这两天很多人上网发言，但是偏偏遇上法情时间又错乱。
之前发过帖的朋友，要等到您最后一个帖子的超前时间到了才可以发言，您现在发帖，会弹出一个窗口说您不能连续发贴。

连续几个晚上，10点半过后，法情突然瘫痪……

已经通知网站供应商，但问题似乎还没有得到妥善处理。

最近《法情》频频出状况，点击后会出现这个：

Not Extended

A mandatory extension policy in the request is not accepted by the server for this resource.
Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) Server at faqing.org Port 80

刷屏多两次就没有问题的，只是比较麻烦。
网络供应商回复是这个原因：

Please be inform that the error because the limit of the 100GB monthly bandwidth is reach limit that why it cause the error of A mandatory extension policy in the request is not accepted by the server for this resource.Please find the attachment of the usage this month.

豪坤说这是要提高收费的手段。

Kindly wait for the checking due to some heavy spamming on the server.We need to clear it.
