玉薥黍糕
买一罐罐头玉蜀黍，一包 CUSTARD 粉，还有一个椰子。
用玉蜀黍的罐头，量四罐水用来挤椰浆水。把材料混和，加上 500 毫克糖搅拌均匀。如喜欢硬一点的玉蜀黍糕，三罐水的分量已经足够了。
接着，把混和均匀的材料用中火煮，滚了之后开始用慢火，过程中切记不停地搅拌，以免导致玉蜀黍糕烧焦与粘锅。
当煮至玉蜀黍糕颜色变的光亮，带点蜡烛光泽，这时候就可以拿个盘子装起来，待冷却后就可以吃了。

這個肯定很多人會看得烏煞煞，min2 是 min= '名' 的漢語拼音，2則是第二聲。其他的自己拼！
